The Accommodation

Camus Bhan consists of:

• Fully fitted kitchen with Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric cooker and Ceramic Hob. Dining room off at the front of the house including Dining Table, six chairs, sideboard, C.D. Radio and an open fire place.

• One Fully Furnished Double bed room at the front of the house with clock radio.
• Large Lounge also at the front of the house with enough comfortable seating for six people, Satellite T.V. with full Sky package, D.V.D. Machine, Play Station and various games. See the virtual tour. Patio doors leading onto a small decking area with outdoor furniture.

• One double bedroom with clock radio and small en-suite shower and toilet.

Double glazing throughout. To the front of the house is a mature lawned garden with decking area, and to rear of the house there is ample car parking and a port for one car. All rooms at the front of the house enjoy the magnificent view down Loch Leven.

• All prices include: Bedding, towels, oil central heating, electricity and first bucket of coal.
• 50% of full amount due is required within a week of booking and the balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. On initial booking we will send a booking form to be returned with deposit and a copy of our terms and conditions.
• We will also require a security deposit of £100.00 prior to your stay preferably with a seperate cheque. Following the departure inspection the cheque will be returned uncashed. In the unlikley event that there are any amounts due we will discuss this with you first before cashing the cheque and returning the remaining deposit to you.
• We accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement. We do not allow them in bedrooms or on any furniture, and they must never be left in the house alone.
• Please note we do not permit smoking anywhere in the house
